Down on Road-a in Shrinagar Society, you’ll find us. We’re in Akota, Vadodara. This place is an industrial unit, so it's not the prettiest area, but it works for what we do. We work with alloys and metals. It’s heavy work. There is usually the smell of metal and grease in the air when you walk in. We’ve got machines that have been with us for years, and they still do the job just fine. The floors are concrete and usually have some scrap or metal dust on them by the end of the shift. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy uniforms. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and safe for the workshop. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machinery running all day, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. The address at 13/a is easy to find if you know the society. We do a lot of melting and casting, so there’s always something being moved around on pallets. It's a busy spot. We focus on getting the mix right for the alloys. People come to us because we’ve been here a long time and know how the metal behaves under heat. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by the factory and see the guys working. It's loud, it's dusty, but it's what we do every day.
