You can find Aims Industries Ltd. right on the Padra-Jambusar Highway. We are situated in Gavasad, right next to the G.E.B. sub-station. You can’t miss the big power lines overhead. Being out here near Vadodara means we have a bit more space, but it’s a long drive for some of the guys. The highway is always busy with trucks carrying stuff to the port or the city. It gets quite dusty out here, and the wind blows across the fields nearby. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a big shed with some office space carved out in the front. We do industrial work, so it’s not the cleanest environment. There are always stacks of drums and crates waiting to be moved. We don’t have a big corporate office in the city; we like being where the work actually happens. The sub-station next door hums all day, which is just part of the background noise now. We eat our lunch together under the shade of a few trees we planted near the gate. It’s a quiet life when the machines are off. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures or marketing. Most of our clients come to us because they know we are reliable and we’ve been at this location for a long time. We just take it one day at a time and keep the trucks moving. There is always something to load or unload, so we stay busy.
