Our place is located out at Prince Industrial Estate in Nani Bhadol, right at Mota Motipura 36. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and a lot of dust from the road. We spend most of our time working with plants and soil things, trying to figure out what works for the local crops. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The lab isn't huge, but we have the tools we need to get through the day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days are long, especially when we are testing new batches or checking on the growth cycles. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. It’s just a dedicated crew here in the estate. We focus on the science part of farming and try to stay out of the way. The building looks like every other one on the block, but inside we are busy with our cultures and samples. We talk to farmers sometimes when they have questions about their land. It's practical work that matters for the food people grow around here. We don't have a fancy lobby or receptionists. Usually, if you show up, one of us has to come from the back to see who it is. We just keep our heads down and do the work required in the biotech field. It’s quiet out here mostly, except for the machinery next door.
