Aditi Industries

Aditi Industries is one of the many shops located in the GIDC Estate over in Por-ramangamdi. Our address is 386, which puts us right in the middle of all the action in Vadodara’s industrial district. If you’ve ever been to this part of the state, you know it’s a place where people really work hard. The air is always full of the smell of metal and machinery. We have a fairly standard factory floor where we handle the manufacturing side of things. It’s a bit noisy, and it definitely gets warm during the peak of the day, but we’ve got our routine down. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or polished reception areas. We’d rather just have good tools and enough space to do the work properly. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when we have a big order to get out, but we just take it one step at a time. The Por area has grown a lot, and there are more trucks on the road than there used to be, making the morning commute a bit longer. But we still enjoy the work. We just show up every day, do our bit on the production line, and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss.
