We are located on the fourth floor of Siddharth Magnum Plus. It’s right beside Bansal Mall in Tarsali, so finding us isn’t too hard if you know the area. Being in an office building like this is different from being in a factory shed. We handle mechanical tools and the technical side of things from room 411. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a decent workspace with enough light. Most of our day is spent looking at specs or talking on the phone with suppliers. We aren’t a huge team. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. The view from the fourth floor gives us a good look at the traffic outside. Tarsali has grown a lot since we moved in. There are more shops now. We try to keep our desks organized, but sometimes the tool samples get piled up. People stop by sometimes thinking we are part of the mall, but we just do our work here. It's a simple operation. We don’t have any flashy signs inside. Just the company name on the door and some files. We’ve been at this for a bit now. It keeps us busy. We focus on getting the right tools to the right people without making it complicated. This floor gets quiet in the evenings after most businesses close up, which is when we finish our reports.
