We've been at the Palav Park Complex on Waghdoia Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Waghodia, especially with all the traffic coming through Vadodara. My day usually starts early, getting the shop ready and checking what needs to be put on the shelves. People from the nearby apartments stop in for their regular prescriptions or sometimes just for a band-aid or a bottle of water. It's a small place, but we try to keep things organized so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the afternoon gets quiet when the sun is really hitting the front window, but then it picks up again in the evening. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we know which medications they need every month without them even saying much. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure we have what people ask for. The area around here has changed over the years, more buildings going up, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We deal with suppliers every other day to keep the stock fresh. It's a lot of paperwork and checking boxes, but that's just how a medical shop works. If you're walking down Waghdoia Road, you'll see us there near the other shops. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the shop stays open when people need it most. We don't have fancy displays, just the essentials on the shelves and a counter to help you.
