We are located at 5 Makarpura, specifically in Panchkula Sector 16. Our office is near Vadsar Main Road. It’s a practical location for A R C Parcel Service Pvt Ltd because it’s easy for the trucks to pull in and out. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular concrete structure with a big metal door. Inside, there is usually a lot of activity with parcels being weighed and sorted. It’s not very quiet here. You can hear the tape dispensers and the sound of boxes being moved around all day. We have a small area where people can come to drop off their items. The counter is a bit worn down from years of use. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some posters with shipping zones and a clock that’s five minutes fast. The staff mostly wears casual clothes because it’s physical work. Being near Vadsar Main Road means we get a lot of dust from the road, so we are always sweeping. We know the regular customers who come by every week. There’s a sense of familiarity here that you don’t get in bigger places. We just focus on getting the parcels out on time. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just sorting, packing, and making sure the trucks are loaded before they head out.
