Sai Placement Services

We run Sai Placement Services out of our office in Krishan Pura. It’s a simple setup where we help people find jobs and companies find workers. We don't have any big speeches about it; we just look at resumes and make phone calls all day. Krishan Pura is where we’ve been for a long time, and people in the neighborhood know us. The office is mostly filled with files and folders of people looking for work. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from young kids looking for their first job to older folks wanting a change. It can be a bit stressful when we can't find a spot for someone right away, but we keep trying. We don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling us because a friend told them to. The space isn't very big, but it works for what we need. We usually have a pot of tea going and some papers scattered across the desk. It’s a real, local business. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here trying to match the right person with the right job. Some days are better than others, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years.
