Wings Tours And Travels is a small travel agency we run from our place on Road No 4A in Vadlapudi. We are located in the Tirumala Nagar area. Most of what we do involves booking tickets, arranging cars, and helping people plan their trips. It sounds simple, but there are always changes to schedules or problems with bookings that we have to fix. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking to drivers. Our office isn't very big, just a desk and some chairs for customers to sit while we figure out their itinerary. We get a lot of locals from Tirumala Nagar who want to visit family or go on a small vacation. We don't have fancy brochures for everywhere in the world, we mostly focus on what we know best. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and those are the long days for us. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a small team here, so you usually talk to the same person every time you call. We have been here in Vadlapudi for some time now and know the local needs quite well. We just take it one booking at a time and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking while we wait for the systems to confirm the travel plans for everyone.
