Smart Properties

You can find Smart Properties over on Mavoor Road in the FCC Building. We are situated near the Federal Tower, which is the big landmark most people use to find us. Mavoor is a busy area, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out and about. The FCC Building is an older structure, so it has a bit of character to it. Our office space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few chairs we have for visitors. We spend a lot of time looking at property listings and chatting with folks who walk in off the street. There is always the sound of traffic from Mavoor Road in the background, which you eventually just stop noticing. The office feels a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs on the tables and piles of paperwork that seem to grow every week. We don't go for the polished look; we just need a place to work. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, but we haven't gotten around to fixing that yet. It’s a convenient spot for us because we can easily get to different parts of the city from here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a new place. It's a steady rhythm here. We have a small table in the corner where we keep the mail and a few old newspapers. The front door sticks a little in the rainy season, so you have to give it a good push to get inside. It's not a major issue.
