Bon Way

We are set up at 194A along the NH16 in Mahe. It’s pretty easy to spot us because we are right near the Royal Enfield showroom. Being on the highway means there is always traffic rushing past, but it’s a good location for getting things in and out. The building itself is an older one, but it’s solid. We’ve got a small front area and a larger space in the back for the heavy lifting. There are about six or seven of us here most days. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The noise from the highway can be a bit much sometimes, especially with the trucks honking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stuff around and making sure the orders are right. The walls have a few scuffs, and the furniture is mostly second-hand, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do the work and get home to our families. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we like being part of the Mahe community. The owner is usually here on the floor with everyone else, helping with whatever needs doing. We don't make things complicated around here, we just get on with it and move forward.
