The West Coast Paper Mills Ltd

This is the Dandeli branch of The West Coast Paper Mills, located at Block No. 8/90 in the New Trt area of Sudarshan Nagar. Since Dandeli is surrounded by so much greenery, it’s a natural spot for a paper company to have its roots. Our office here is pretty old-fashioned. We have heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have been here for years. It’s not a shiny new building, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose well. Most of our work involves managing the logistics and the paperwork that comes with running a large mill. We see a lot of people from the local community because almost everyone in Dandeli has some connection to the paper industry. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite focused. We spend our time checking shipping manifests and making sure the production schedules are being followed. It can get a bit dusty with all the paper and the general environment, but we don't mind it much. We have a small break area where we sit and talk about the local news or what’s happening in the woods nearby. It’s a very practical place to work. We don’t have any marketing posters on the walls, just calendars and some charts that help us keep track of our daily targets. We’ve been part of Sudarshan Nagar for a long time and we’ve seen the town change, but our routine here stays mostly the same. We just keep the paper moving.
