Shoba Developers Limited

My name is Veeresh Bijapur. I’m the son of R.M. Bijapur, and we run Shoba Developers Limited here in Mundgod. Our place is right on the Hubli-Sirsi Road, in the 581349 area. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the trucks and buses going past our door. We’ve lived and worked here for a long time. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We have some old desks and a lot of paper blueprints. Most days, we are out in the dust at one of our building sites. We handle the development ourselves, so we are always busy with something. We don't really have a website or do any big advertising. People in Mundgod just know us and come by the office when they need something built. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and other structures. Sometimes the work is slow because of the rain or because materials don't show up on time, but we just keep pushing through. It’s a family thing, really. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. If you’re driving down the Hubli-Sirsi road, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s been there for years and we don't plan on moving. We just focus on the next project and try to keep everyone on the crew busy.
