Rich De Coffee Private Limited

We are right across from the port gate in Baithkol. Karwar is a coastal town, so you can always smell the salt in the air and see the ships. Rich De Coffee is what we call ourselves. Since we are near the water, things can get a bit humid, which is something we have to watch out for when we are dealing with the coffee beans. It’s a simple building at number 294. Most people in the neighborhood know where the port gate is, so finding us isn’t too hard. We spend our days sorting through beans and making sure everything is moving along the way it should. Coffee is a tricky business because people have different tastes, but we just focus on the work right in front of us. It’s not like those big coffee chains you see in the major cities. We are more of a hands-on operation. The staff here mostly lives nearby in the Karwar area. Sometimes the trucks coming from the port make the road really busy, but it’s just part of being in this specific location. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just do the roasting and the packing ourselves. Sometimes the machines are loud, and we have to shout to hear each other over the noise. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy bags and checking the heat levels. We’ve been here long enough that the daily routine feels like second nature. It’s just us and the daily grind.
