Latti Foods Private Limited is situated on Kayaka Madihal Main Road. The address is a bit of a mouthful, Sy No 179/A/M/D7/1058, but we just call it the warehouse. It’s out here where there’s a bit more space. We do food production. It’s dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby. We have a small crew. They come in early. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We use local stuff when we can. It’s just how we started. My cousin helps out sometimes. We had a problem with the roof last month, but we fixed it. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We don’t spend much on advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see the trucks. The sun gets really hot in the afternoon. We have a small break room with a fan that clicks. It’s nothing special. We just try to make decent products. Every day is different. Sometimes we have a lot of orders, sometimes it’s slow.
