We’ve been running Foodgenix Bakery Products (Opc) Private Limited from our spot here at Qr No 45 in the V H B Colony area for a while now. Nandawan Layout is a quiet place and we like being part of it. Most days you’ll find us just sorting through flour or checking the ovens to make sure things are coming out okay. It isn't a massive operation, just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a minute to find us because of how the layout is tucked away, but we’re usually there. We started this because we wanted to have a little something of our own in the colony. It’s a lot of early mornings and staying late to clean up the counters. We don't really have a big office or anything fancy, just the workspace where the actual work happens. People around here know the address. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big order in, but we manage to move things around. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down like this, honestly. Most of the time is spent on our feet. If you walk by Qr No 45, you’ll probably see one of us hauling bags or just taking a quick break out front. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We hope the stuff we make is decent enough for everyone.
