Deeptha Fudtek Private Limited is located in Sirsi, which is a bit different from the big city offices. We are at House No. 18, Lalitha Shankar, on the Ii Cross in Halahonda Badavane. Our place is in Marikamba Nagar, which is a quiet residential area. Working out of a house gives us a lot of flexibility, but it also means we are right there in the community. Sirsi is in Uttara Kannada, and the weather here can get quite rainy during the monsoon season. We often have to work around the weather when we are planning our day. The office is basically just a few rooms converted for our work. It’s simple and functional. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People in the neighborhood know what we do. We focus on the practical side of food technology without all the bells and whistles. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the area well. We spend our time managing orders and looking after the technical details of our products. It’s a steady pace of work. We enjoy being in this part of Karnataka because it feels grounded. There’s no rush like in Bangalore. We just take things one day at a time and make sure we’re doing a good job for the people who rely on us. It is a humble way to run a company.
