Cipla Goa

We are based over in Karwar, right opposite Telang Road in Nandangadda. It’s a nice enough spot near the coast. Even though it's called Cipla Goa, we are actually sitting here in Karnataka, which confuses people sometimes. Savant’s place is easy to find if you know the area. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a massive office building; it’s more of a regional hub where we manage things. You can hear the sounds of the town from our windows, and the sea isn't far off. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the distribution side and making sure the medicine gets where it needs to go in this region. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking delivery notes. We aren’t big on corporate polish. The furniture is a bit old, and the fans are always running to beat the heat. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We know the local drivers and the pharmacists in the neighborhood. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what’s on the list for today and who needs to be called. It’s a quiet, steady rhythm. We just show up, do the paperwork, handle the stock, and head out when the day is done. It might not be the most high-tech setup, but it gets the job done for the people here.
