We are over at Shiva Nilaya, near the K H Patil Stadium in Masari. Our official address is Cts No. 6695/8A. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the stadium is. At Annapurnavijaya Agroscience Private Limited, we focus on the science side of agriculture, but we do it in a very down-to-earth way. Our office is more of a workspace where we look at data and figure out how to help crops grow better. We don’t use a lot of big, fancy words when we’re talking to each other. It’s just about what works and what doesn’t. The building is solid and has a bit of character to it. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. It feels like a community. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how we talk. We keep things pretty simple. If there’s a problem, we sit down and try to fix it. We don’t have meetings about having meetings. Usually, we just grab a coffee and talk over the desk. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that do the trick. We just want to do good work that makes sense for the farmers we interact with. It’s a practical life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We stay busy and we stay local. That is the way we do things here.
