Our office is tucked away in Thana Gali, right in the Ukilpara area of Uttar Dinajpur. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here. We’ve been doing this for some time, just helping people buy or sell land and houses. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't trying to be some huge company from the city. Mostly, it’s just locals coming in to ask about a plot or a shop for rent. We know the district well because we live here too. Dealing with property in this part of the state takes patience. There’s a lot of talk, a lot of tea, and eventually, things get sorted out. We handle the basic stuff. If you need to find us, you just head down the lane near the station area. It’s a bit crowded sometimes, but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We don’t use any fancy software or anything like that. Just notebooks and a good memory for who owns what. People come to us because they know we’ve been here for years. We aren't going anywhere. It’s just a regular day-to-day job for us. We listen to what people need and see if we can find a match. Sometimes it works out quickly, and other times it takes a few weeks of looking around. We keep our doors open most days for anyone who wants to stop by for a chat.
