Niva Aqua

Up here in Chopra, things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but at Niva Aqua, we still stay pretty busy. Being in the Uttar Dinajpur district means we have a lot of ground to cover when we’re out making rounds in our small truck. Our setup isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s a practical space designed for moving water bottles and keeping things clean. We spend a lot of time on the road, driving through the green patches and small villages to get people what they need. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, with heavy rains that turn the roads into a mess, but we don't let that stop us. We started this because we saw a need in the local area, and we’ve just stuck with it ever since. There’s no big boss in a suit running things here. It’s just us, often with muddy boots and wet hands, making sure the jars are ready to go. We don’t really do advertisements or anything like that; people around Chopra know where we are if they need us. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly just the sound of water and the occasional truck engine. We like the independence of running our own small thing out here. It’s not always easy, especially when the equipment acts up, but we figure it out and keep the supply going for the neighborhood. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and plan to stay.
