Our place is located in Katra Mallawan, under the care of Vijai Kumar. Vinmra Justfry Food Private Limited is the name we use for the business. We focus on food, specifically things that involve frying, though we do a bit of everything. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the cities. We've got a kitchen area that stays pretty busy for most of the day. It can get quite warm in there, especially during the summer months. We're just a small group of people trying to make a go of it. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, prepare the food, and handle the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down, and we have to figure out how to fix it on the fly. That's just part of running a small business. Katra Mallawan is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We like it that way. It makes the work feel more personal. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide for our families and keep the business going for as long as we can. Every morning we start early to get everything ready for the day ahead, cleaning and prepping.
