Superhouse Limited

Superhouse Limited is located in the UPSIDC Industrial Area at Site II. Our specific spot is A-1 C-1. It is a large area, so it takes a minute to navigate if you aren't familiar with the layout of the industrial park. We have a lot of space here, which we need because there is always a lot going on. The sounds of the machines are pretty much constant throughout the shift. It’s an industrial setting, so don’t expect anything fancy. We have our offices on one side and the main work area on the other. It gets quite busy with deliveries coming in and out every day. The roads around Site II can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we manage. We’ve been operating out of this location for a good while. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a sense of knowing each other well. We don't spend much time on long speeches or fancy presentations. We mostly just look at the production schedules and make sure we are hitting our numbers. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the logistics. The canteen is where most of us catch up during the breaks. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We keep our tools ready and the floor moving. That is basically our daily life here at the industrial estate. We just get through the work as it comes.
