Red Panda Infra Developers Llp operates out of H.No. 105 A in Adarsh Nagar. It is a local operation where we handle a variety of development projects. We chose the name because it was different, but the work we do is very traditional infra stuff. We look at land, plan out what can go there, and then get to work on the building side. Adarsh Nagar is a good spot for us since it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The house we work out of is usually filled with rolls of blueprints and sticky notes. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We do not really do the corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Usually, we are in boots and jeans, ready to head out to a site. Developing infrastructure takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with permits, supplies, and labor, and none of those things ever move as fast as you want them to. We just try to keep things moving forward as best as we can. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it is a machine breaking down or a delivery being late. We just deal with it and keep going. It is not a glamorous life, but we like being part of building things that will stay there for a long time. It takes a lot of energy to keep everything on track.
