Mehrotra Clinic

Mehrotra Clinic is located right opposite the Kotwali Sai Gate. If you are in the area with the 209801 pin code, you probably know where that is. It’s a busy spot because of the gate and the police station nearby. There is always a lot of movement, people coming and going at all hours. Our clinic is just a simple building on that road. We’ve got a front door that sticks a bit in the rainy season, so you have to give it a good shove. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have some wooden benches for people to wait on. They’ve been there a long time and the wood is worn smooth. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum pretty loud when they’re on high. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is. Most people who come here are from the immediate neighborhood or they work nearby. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the wall. I spend a lot of my day talking to folks about their families while I check them over. It’s that kind of place. We don’t do appointments through an app or anything; people just show up and wait their turn. It’s worked for us this way for a long time, so we just keep at it.
