Superhouse Group

Our office and factory are located at D-15/b in the Industrial Area, and that address tells you exactly what to expect. Superhouse Group is not about fancy lobbies or having a receptionist with a bowl of expensive candy. It is an industrial spot meant for doing industrial work. We have been here for a good while, and you can see that in the way the building looks. There is almost always a truck backing into the loading bay or a new shipment of materials being moved inside. The noise level is exactly what you would expect from a place where things are actually being made. We handle a lot of different products, and our daily schedule is usually a bit chaotic, but we have a way of doing things that works for us. The managers spend most of their time out on the floor with the workers instead of sitting behind desks. We do not have time for long meetings or writing out mission statements that nobody reads. We just look at the order sheets for the day and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. Sometimes machines break or the weather messes up a delivery, and we just deal with it as it happens. It is a practical environment where people show up, do their jobs, and go home. We have stayed at D-15/b all these years just by being consistent.
