We are located in Unjha, right in the Bhavani Chamber building. If you are familiar with the Mehsana district, you probably know our town well because of the spice markets and the temple. Umiya Offset has been around for a while now, serving the local community here in the Talukka. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we get the printing done. We have a few old machines and a couple of newer ones that we use every day. It gets pretty busy during the wedding season or when the local shops need new flyers. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is here. My brother and I run the place together and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the district over the years. We don’t do any fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are people we’ve known for years, or their kids who are now grown up and running their own businesses. We keep our doors open early in the morning and stay until the work is finished at night. The paper smells strong sometimes, but we don't mind it. It’s just how our daily life goes. We are glad to be part of the community in Unjha and we just keep doing our thing, one job at a time. It's not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills and keeps us connected to the people around here.
