Landmark Enterprise

You can find Landmark Enterprise at No. 25 and 26 in Shankar Park. We’re right opposite Bharat Nagar Society and very close to the railway crossing. You can hear the trains passing by all day long; the windows rattle a little every time a big freight train goes through. It’s something you just stop noticing after a while. Our office is split between two units, so we’re always walking back and forth between them to talk to each other. It’s a bit of an unconventional layout, but it works for us. The area is quite busy with people from the society across the street and commuters waiting for the gates to open at the crossing. We don't have any fancy mission statements or a board of directors. It’s just us managing the enterprise day by day. We deal with a lot of paperwork and local clients who stop by without calling first. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the table and some half-empty water bottles. It feels like a lived-in space, not some sterile showroom. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or use big words to describe what we do. We just handle our business, keep our records straight, and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the crossing outside. It’s an honest place to work and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood, noise and all.
