About Virdhara International – Agriculture & Farming in Unjha
We spend most of our mornings over at D 303 in the Market Yard. It gets pretty loud and busy around here before the sun even comes up properly. Most days involve a lot of checking paperwork and talking to people who come through the gate. Virdhara International is just what we call ourselves on the sign, but mostly we are just the folks you see handling the daily arrivals. The dust gets everywhere especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. We have a small office space that stays mostly cluttered with ledgers and tea cups. Sometimes the fans don't work like they should and it gets stuffy inside while we wait for the next delivery. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We just focus on getting things sorted and moved out to where they need to go next. There are always trucks backing in or pulling out and you have to watch where you walk. People know us for being around even when the weather isn't great. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. It is more about the hands-on work and making sure the counts match the slips. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but nobody really has the time to stop for that. We just keep the routine going day after day because that is how it works at the yard. It's a living and we've gotten used to the rhythm of it all.
