Swisskem Healthcare

Swisskem Healthcare is out here in Bathri, which is part of Tehsil Haroli. You can find us at Khashra No.77/3. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we like it that way for our work. We deal with healthcare products and spend most of our time in the facility making sure everything is moving along. The building is solid and does what we need it to do. Haroli is a place where people know each other, so we feel like part of the community here. There isn't a lot of flash or polish to the place. It’s just a workspace with people who know their jobs. We get the raw materials in, do the work, and then send the finished items out. Sometimes the rain makes the road to Bathri a bit muddy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work right at Khashra No.77/3. The team here stays pretty focused. We have our daily tasks and we stick to them. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; we’d rather be on the floor seeing what’s happening with the batches. It’s just how things are done in this part of the country. We keep it honest and stay busy from Monday through Saturday. It gets a little cold in the winter months, but we just bundle up and keep the production going. That's the way it is.
