National Electricals

Our shop is right in the middle of the Budha Auto Complex over in the Main Bazar of Mehatpur. If you know the area in District Una, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times while heading to the market. We deal with all sorts of electrical components and parts that people around here need for their cars or home setups. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with boxes of wiring, switches, and fuses, but we know where everything is kept. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic from the main road, but that’s just how life is in this part of Himachal. We open up pretty early in the morning and stay until the last few customers finish their shopping in the bazaar. Dealing with electrical gear means we spend a lot of time checking catalogs and making sure the inventory is right for the local mechanics who stop by. It’s a small team here, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Mehatpur for years. We aren't doing anything flashy, just selling what’s needed and keeping the lights on. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on the stools until it comes back. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and being in the auto complex means we see a lot of familiar faces every single day.
