Nangal Road is always busy with trucks and cars going through to other parts of Himachal Pradesh. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are clean and the front desk is covered. It’s a lot of mundane stuff like checking the plumbing or updating the ledger. We aren't trying to be the most luxurious place in the world. We just want to be a reliable place in Bharolian Khurd. Sudesh Mehan and the rest of the team here just work day by day. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. That’s just how it goes when you’re a local business. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being right there on the road where people can see us. It’s practical, honest work and we’re fine with that. We just keep our doors open and do our best with what we have.
