Malhi Hotels is what we call our place here in Gagret, right in the Una district. We are set up at Dilbag Singh’s property, which most people in the village know already. It’s a straightforward spot to stay if you are traveling through this part of Himachal Pradesh. Most of the time, it is just us managing the day-to-day stuff, making sure the rooms are ready and the gates are open. Being in Una means it gets quite warm compared to the higher mountains, so we just focus on keeping things comfortable for whoever stops by. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is a local operation through and through. You might see some of us working around the yard or fixing things up during the day. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing campaigns. Usually, people just pull up because they need a rest after a long drive on these roads. We have been part of the community here for a bit now, and we just keep to our work. It’s a practical setup for travelers who aren't looking for anything too fancy. Just a roof over your head and a place to park the car. We keep things pretty quiet around here, which suits us and the guests just fine. If you’re heading toward Gagret, you’ll find us near the main path. It is just how a village hotel should be, simple and honest. We don't do much talking, just provide the room and let people go about their business.
