We set up Kms Homes & Infra Private Limited right here in Una. Our office is actually just at House No. 280 in Ward No. 10, over in Gopal Nagar. It’s on the Santokhgarh Road, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you’re driving by. We’ve lived in this part of Himachal for a long time. Mostly, we help people with their housing needs and some basic infrastructure projects around town. It’s a family-style setup, really. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state; we just want to do good work for the people in our community. Sometimes the heat in Una can be a bit much, but we keep at it. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or making sure materials arrived on time. We’ve seen Una grow over the years, and we’re glad to be a part of that. Being on Santokhgarh Road means we get a lot of local traffic. People stop in to ask questions about building a house or fixing up a shop. We don’t have any fancy sales pitch for them. We just tell them what can be done and what it will cost. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we always try to make it right. That’s just how we do things here in Gopal Nagar, and it has worked for us so far in this business.
