Him Ayurveda

We are located at Him Ayurveda on Talwada Road in Mandwara. You can find us pretty easily if you look for Tara Hospital; we are quite close to it. Being in Mandwara means we are part of a small community where everyone kind of knows each other. Our work involves a lot of traditional stuff with herbs and natural ingredients. It’s a bit different from the big chemical factories you see elsewhere. The smell in the shop is usually quite strong with all the various plants and extracts we use. We keep our place simple. It’s not a shiny store; it’s more about the actual products we make. People from the village and nearby areas drop by often. Sometimes they just want to ask a question about something they’re using. Talwada Road gets some traffic, but it’s not as crazy as the main highways. We spend a lot of time sorting through raw materials and preparing things. It’s manual work mostly. My hands are usually stained with something or another by the end of the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our visitors come because they heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, staying close to the roots of what we do. The hospital nearby brings a lot of people to this street, so we see a lot of faces passing by. We just focus on the herbs and the daily preparation tasks.
