Custmere Care Officer

Our setup is located in Una, Himachal Pradesh, specifically in Adarash Nagar on Hamirpur Road. We are based at the house of Sh. Vikram Singh, which is right across the street from the Ravindra Cloth House. This makes it very easy for local people to find us. The name of the position and the service we provide is Custmere Care Officer. It’s not a big corporate call center with hundreds of people. Instead, it is a small, local operation where we deal with people face-to-face or over the phone. The office is humble and doesn’t have any of the fancy gadgets you might see in a big city firm. We have some chairs for visitors and a desk where we handle all the inquiries and complaints. Being in Una means we get to know a lot of the people who come through the door. We don't use scripts or corporate talk when we are helping someone. We just listen to their problem and try to find a solution that works for them. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly. Sometimes neighbors just stop by to say hello while we are working. We don't have a mission statement or any promotional slogans on our walls. We just try to be helpful and do our work honestly. It’s a quiet but busy life here on Hamirpur Road, and we are happy to be part of this community. We just take each day as it comes.
