Hemant Auto Parts

Our shop, Hemant Auto Parts, is located at Plot Number 213 in the Umbergaon Shopping Centre. We are right across from the Jain Mandir here in Valsad. It’s a good location because the temple brings in a lot of people, and the shopping center is usually fairly active. We have shelves full of different parts for various vehicles. It can get a bit disorganized sometimes, but we generally know where everything is. We’ve been in Valsad for years now. The morning is usually the best time when it’s still cool and the bells from the temple are ringing. Once the sun gets high, the shopping center gets pretty warm and we have to turn on the old fans. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who are looking for that one specific bolt or a particular filter for their car. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a big staff of people in suits. It's just a few of us here every day. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions or to chat about the weather for a few minutes. We don't mind. The floor is usually a bit dusty and there are boxes stacked in the corners. It’s a working shop, not a museum. We just try to have what people need so they don't have to drive all the way to the next town over. It’s a simple life running a parts shop. We see the same regulars and help out everyone else.
