Shiv Aagraha Infra is located at 101 in the Ganesh Puri Colony. We are near the Pigdamber area in Umaria. It is not the kind of place you would expect to find a big company, and that’s because we aren’t one. We are just a local team working out of a residential area. Ganesh Puri is mostly families, so it is a peaceful place to get some work done. Our office is basically just a few rooms with some computers and a lot of maps. We spend a lot of time traveling between here and various sites. Umaria has its own pace, and we have adapted to it over the years. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. There are no fancy suits here. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a day out in the field. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch if the weather is nice. We get our mail at the local post office and know the postman by name. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People just hear about us from other people. That is how things work in a place like this. We are just glad to be working. Every day brings something different, and that keeps it interesting. We often have tea together before heading home.
