Shree Sainath Industries

At Shree Sainath Industries, we’re located at L-171/7 in GIDC. We’re right down the way from a few other similar shops, so there’s always activity on our street. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our equipment and materials. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the delivery drivers by name. The work we do is pretty straightforward. We get an order, we work on it until it’s right, and then we ship it out. There isn’t much mystery to it. We try to keep things organized, though some days it feels like we’re just barely keeping up with the mess. It’s a small crew here, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us grabs a broom. If a customer is waiting, we stop what we’re doing to talk to them. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to keep the lights on and do a job that we aren't ashamed of. The afternoons can get pretty hot in the GIDC, especially in the summer, so we keep the big doors open to catch a breeze. It’s a noisy, busy life, but it suits us just fine. We’ve built this place up bit by bit over the years and we're happy with where we're at right now. It is a lot of hard work but we enjoy it.
