Harmony Additives Pvt. Ltd.

Harmony Additives Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 41 in the Hector-52 area of New Gidc. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, focusing on the additive side of things. It’s a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at from the road, but we have everything we need inside. The day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what chemicals need mixing. It gets a bit cramped when the raw materials arrive, but we manage the space okay. We aren't trying to be some massive global corporation with fancy lobby areas. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We do a lot of pouring, measuring, and packing. Sometimes the smells from the different additives can get pretty strong, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to keep the machines running and the floors clean enough to work. We don't spend money on big signs or expensive furniture because that's not what helps us make the products. If someone calls, they usually talk to one of us directly instead of a computer. We have had our ups and downs with the machinery, especially during the monsoon when the Gidc roads get a bit messy, but we keep going. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day.
