Being near the chowk means there is always noise and people moving around. It’s a central spot, so it makes it easy for folks to find us when they need materials for a project. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the books and take calls. Out in the yard, things are a bit more chaotic with the piles of bricks and the dust. We deal with a lot of local builders and people just trying to put up a wall or fix a shed. Usmanbad gets quite dry, so the dust is just something we live with every day. I usually spend half my time on the phone and the other half out there checking the inventory. We don't use any big words or try to act like we are some giant company. We are just R C Bricks, and we work hard to keep the supply going. The guys on the yard work long hours, and we try to keep things organized despite the mess. It's a straightforward business.
