Gajanand Knitting Industries

We have been here at Udhyog Vihar for quite a few years now. Our spot is at Gala No. F-8 18 19, right on the ground floor, so it is easy for the trucks to come and go without much trouble. Vithalwadi is a busy area and it gets pretty loud with all the machines running throughout the day. We started out small and just kept going because the work was there. Most of the guys here have been with us a long time. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. We have our knitting machines lined up and there is usually yarn and thread everywhere you look. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial estate, which is a real pain, but we manage to get things back on track. People around here know where to find us. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for the internet. It is more about getting the orders done and making sure the fabric is exactly what was asked for. The society here is active, so we see the neighbors every day. It is just a normal workplace where we get our hands dirty and stay busy from morning till evening. If you walk into the premises, just look for the ground floor signs. We usually have the doors open for some air. It is just Gajanand Knitting Industries, nothing more or less. (246 words)
