We are over in Anand Nagar, specifically at C-10 in the Ashelapara area. If you look for Yashvant Vidayalaya, we are right near there. You can usually hear us before you see us because of the welding and the grinding sounds. Engineering services sounds like a big title, but really we are just a bunch of guys who like fixing things and making metal parts. We have a lot of tools lying around and the floor has oil stains that have been there for years. It’s a honest place. We don't wear suits. Usually, it’s just grease-stained shirts and sturdy boots. The school nearby means it gets noisy with kids in the afternoon, which adds some life to the street. We’ve been at this for a while now. People bring us their broken parts or designs on a piece of paper, and we try to make it work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky. There’s no air conditioning, just some big pedestal fans that push the hot air around. We eat our lunch together at the back of the shop. It’s a simple way to live. We take pride in the fact that when we fix something, it stays fixed. We don't do fancy advertising. We just do the work and hope the customer is happy enough to come back next time they have a problem. There is always a pot of tea ready for anyone who stops by to chat.
