R. S. International

The office is over in Parasmani Palace, specifically in Barrack No. 890/11-18. It is one of those older buildings where you kind of have to know where you are going or you might get turned around in the hallways. We have been here for a good while now, just handling the day-to-day work of international trade and shipping. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or anything like that. To be honest, it is mostly just a lot of desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and stacks of paperwork that never seem to get any shorter. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away at the computers. The noise from the street comes in through the windows, but we have gotten used to it over the years. My father actually started this whole thing and I just kept it going. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. People usually just drop by if they need something sorted out or if they have questions about their shipments. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We just try to get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life and a simple business, really. We know the other folks in the building well enough to say hello in the mornings. That is about it for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
