L. O. A Properties Finance

We've been at Hill Queen Tower No. 208 for a while now. It's right in the O.T Section, so there's always something going on outside at O.T. Chowk. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of folders. Dealing with properties and finance means a lot of numbers and talking to people about their plans. Some days it's quiet and we just catch up on filing. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we have to stay late just to get through the paperwork. You can find us easily because everyone knows the tower. The elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but we're on the second floor anyway so we often just take the stairs. We handle things as they come. It's a busy part of town. People drop by to ask questions about loans or different property papers they don't understand. We just try to keep things organized. Usually, there's a tea stall nearby where we grab a quick break when things get too hectic. It gets noisy with the traffic at the chowk, but you get used to it after the first week. The walls are a plain white and the chairs are comfortable enough for long meetings. We've seen the area change over the years. Some shops closed, others opened. But we stay right here in unit 208. It's a decent spot for work. Nothing too complicated, just a regular office setup. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the directory.
