Myco Polycom India is based in Myco House, building 621-B, on the Kalyan-Ambernath Road. We are right across from Doctor House and not far from the Ashok-Anil Multiplex. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially when a new movie is playing, but we’ve been here for a long time and we like the location. Our office is a simple place where we manage everything related to our polymer and composite business. We aren't a huge company with fancy departments or a big human resources team. It’s just a small group of us who have worked together for years. Most of our days are spent checking on production, talking to our customers, and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big sign to grab attention. We just focus on doing our work as best as we can. Sometimes the weather or the traffic on Kalyan-Ambernath Road makes things difficult, but we just deal with it and move on. We don't have any interest in corporate jargon or long mission statements. We just focus on showing up every day and doing what needs to be done. We value the people we work with and the long-term relationships we’ve built with our clients. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business, and it’s served us well over the years. We are just ordinary people trying to run a decent operation in our local area.
