Minc Hotel Apartments - Dubai

Our place is located in Shantinagar, right across from the Raymond showroom in Ulhasnagar. It's a busy area with a lot of shops, but easy to find if you know that landmark. We’ve been operating out of B-1193/14 and 15 for some time now. Even though the name says Dubai, we are right here in the 421003 zip code. It’s a bit of a mix-up for some, but it works for us and our customers. We deal with apartment bookings and making sure guests have a place to stay when they need it. It isn't always easy keeping track of all the different dates and keys, but we do our best. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have some desks, a couple of older computers, and a lot of paper files in cabinets. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really busy during the season. We see a lot of people coming through looking for information. Ulhasnagar is a tight-knit place, so news travels fast by word of mouth. We don't spend any money on fancy ads or television spots. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, which is annoying, but that’s just how it is around here. We keep some notebooks and pens handy for when the power dies. We aren't a giant hotel chain, just a small operation trying to help people find a spot to sleep. It’s honest work and keeps us busy.
