Our workshop is at G-05 in the Udyog Vihar Industrial Estate. We’re quite close to the Vithalwadi railway station, which is handy for everyone who works here. Martin Ac & Refrigerators Pvt. Ltd. has been based in this industrial area for a good stretch of time. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other people doing similar types of hard work. It gets pretty noisy with all the activity, but we’re used to it by now. Our space is mostly taken up by units waiting for repair and tools scattered across the benches. We don't have a polished front office or anyone to greet you at a desk. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a compressor or checking a cooling line. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather gets hot and everyone’s cooling systems start acting up. We don't use any of that corporate language or pretend to be anything other than a local repair and supply outfit. We just know our way around refrigerators and air conditioners. Sometimes the parts take a while to arrive, and we have to shuffle things around to make room. It’s just the way it goes here near Vithalwadi. We stay busy, we keep the tools ready, and we do the work that needs to be done every day.
