Libra Health Care

Setting up in Udyog Vihar Industrial Complex seemed like a practical choice. Libra Health Care is in Shop No. D-202, right in the thick of things in Vithalwadi. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the work happens. We handle health care products and supplies. The warehouse part of our shop is always a bit chilly, which I guess is good for the inventory. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure boxes are stacked correctly. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow entryways, and there’s a lot of shouting and reversing involved. That’s just a typical Tuesday for us. We started with just a few items on the shelves and it grew slowly from there. There wasn't any grand plan or anything. We just saw a need for these supplies here and moved in. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, so we all wear sensible shoes. We don't have a big corporate logo or a marketing team. It’s just us answering the phones and packing orders. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to get a manifest out, and we all have to take turns poking at it. It’s a simple operation. We know the other shop owners around here, and we all look out for each other when things get busy or if there's a power cut.
