Honesty Garments

Our shop, Honesty Garments, is at Shop No. 364/A, right near Kanwar Bakery. We are directly across from the Sabji Market in Ulhasnagar, so you can imagine how much activity goes on outside our door every day. The smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the noise from the vegetable sellers are just part of our daily life. Inside, the shop is filled with different types of garments. We don't have a lot of space, so we use every inch of the walls for shelves. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. We spend most of our time showing different fabrics and sizes to people who stop by after doing their grocery shopping. It’s a busy way to earn a living, especially during the festival seasons when the whole market is packed. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that work hard all day. The floors get dirty quickly with people coming in from the market, so we are always sweeping. We try to keep things honest and straightforward, which is why we picked the name. People know they can just come in, find something that fits, and go about their day. It’s not a high-end boutique; it’s a local shop for local people. We enjoy being in the middle of all the action in Ulhasnagar. It's loud, it's crowded, but it is our home and our livelihood.
